Position Overview:
A New Device Deployment
-
Image, prepare and/or configure new desktops, laptops, and/or tablets for end-users.

Migrate user data and install required software.
-
Deliver and set up devices at the user’s workstation or office location.

Walkthrough with the user the operations of the new device
-
Ensure asset tracking and inventory records are updated upon deployment.
B . Desktop & Laptop Support
-
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on desktops and laptops.
-
Perform routine maintenance, updates, and patching.
-
Configure, image, install, update and/or load operating system and applications.
C. Network Connectivity
-
Troubleshoot wired and wireless network connection issues for end-users.
D. Peripheral & Accessory Support
-
Set up and troubleshoot printers, scanners, webcams, and other peripherals.

Manage docking stations, monitors, keyboards, and other user accessories.
-
Replace and repair hardware components when necessary.
E. Application Support
-
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with desktop applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, productivity tools, specialized software).

Provide installation support for web-based and locally installed applications.
F. User Support & Customer Service

Provide clear, courteous, and professional communication with users

Maintain accurate and timely records of support requests and resolutions
